anyone know anything about the well site in Greene Co. Springhill township called the Michael MicNicolas well pad.? Chesapeake is has leased this off me and my family?

Donna Sellers we are in that unit one leg done on line aprox 9-24-13 what I have heard is 3 mil a day dry gas. it is choked down waiting for gas prices to go up Hear in dec going to add a nother leg to the pad. but this is hear say/ what I have been reading wish we would have signed with some one else watch Chesp. they seem to be crooked as ned ridge rd. please keep in touch

Thanks for the input. I haven't heard a word since I visited that well site in oct. just what I was told by the full time well tenders on that day. Yes me to Chesp. seems to be a bad company to have signed with. Although I have a friend with them that has done very very very well. her first wells are in Wetzel co. Wv She just received a check for 235.000 from back money they owed her. I think that 40 million law suit has all of us hurting because of then trying to cheat people.

Donns Sellars Do you live in greene co ?? My brother was down there a few wks ago said he was told now its 8 millon a day but I take it all with a grain of salt won't know untill the money starts.  how many acres doe's your friend have in Wetzel happy for her if she is treated good from Chesp. hope they do us honestly and not try to rape us.

I live in Tyler Co. Wv I inherited the mineral rights from my grandfather. He had a farm on the greene co. line. I loved that place but a bunch of kids went in the old log main house and burnt it down years ago and grandpa sold the land. His name was William Murphy. I know the are well.Have a lot of family at the Hutchinson cemetery. Was at the well in oct. and was told by the well tender the same 8 million a day. And a separator station built on the site. Like you just waiting....My friend has about 100 acres in that one piece.  LOL she has a lot of mineral rights in wva and greene co.  Thanks again  Keep in touch as I will also...

You say there is a separator on the site so is it wet or dry gas ?  MY FAMILY knew your Gramdpa remember the name being spoken at the farm

I rarely see much activity on Washington County Pa, or Ohio,Brooke Wetzel in WV. Counties.
