Comment by Doug Miller on August 23, 2012 at 6:02pm I have a lease with Chesapeake for the Marcellus shale. I was contacted by Kriebel Resourses about leasing the land above the Marcellus since we reserved it in the lease. The offer is $20 per acre per year and a 1/8 royalty. The term is 5 years. Does anyone have any ideas about this? Has anyone else leased with Kriebel?

Comment by Stephen Fox on April 1, 2011 at 2:42pm My sister and I have property with lease on it with Chevroyn, located on Little Shannon Run Road. It looks like that is south of your property. Make sure you have oil and gas mineral rights. We live out of the area but have good cousel in Cannonsburg PA. Her name is Melissa Robb, phone number is 724-745-5121, she did a wonderful job for us.

AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
