Is there anyone else on this site located in Center Twp in Gue. Co.?  I have been reading a lot of the boards & while I have found quite a few people that I know, I have yet to run across anyone that has confirmed being located in Center.  If there is anyone else on here from Center, please let me know where you stand on the potential for leasing & whom you are considering.  Thanks.

I'm in Center Twp.

I have signed up with KWGD, liked their approach and not being locked in unless there is a deal that is favorable to the group.

Glad to see that I am not the only one from Center on here.  I have also signed the initial engagement letter with KWGD.  Everything about them seems to me to be the best option that I have found so far.  Are you aware of anybody else that has signed or negotiated anything within center?  I believe that a lot of people from the area around me signed with Wishgard.
None that I'm aware of. I'm glad the site was started though, it has been very helpful. It's very helpful having an ongoing dialog with landowners in Guernsey.

we have acreage located in center twnship.  30 +

We have a few acres in Center  Rt  40 and endly rd  and more in Wills . Not ready to fold

Hey Paul,

I don't consider signing the engagement letter with KWGD "folding".  We are just getting ready as a group to hit the negotiations table.  From what I have been hearing, it sounds like the time might be good to get things rolling now.  The release from Chesapeake yesterday looked like it should stir the pot a bit so to speak.  If you haven't seen it yet, you can go to www.CHK.com & click on the top news link titled "Chesapeake Energy Corporation Reports Financial and Operational Res...".  There are a lot of figures in there, but there is also some interesting reading.

Or... I guess you could just click on the title of the article in my last post.  I didn't know it copied in as a link.

if you haven't heard Jim Milleson speak yet, you need to.  This is who helped my family.

Jim, is a land management specialist focusing on Lease terms, while at the same time has been holding 3 to 4 meetings a week throughout the state.  The Antrim meeting 3 months ago was with the ODNR and even the head of the mineral management team said Jim was the 1st in the state to talk about UTICA.

I believe that KWGD and Mr. Milleson have held a few meetings together, their role is to educate the mineral owner 1st,find out what they own, maximize that potential and when the individual or group is ready to sign they do so as an educated mineral owner.

I believe that Jim was with KWGD at the meeting they held at Salt Fork.  He also seemed very knowledgeable in what he was speaking on.
Does anyone know of anything going on in Knox Twp?
