Wills and Oxford Townships

Since the Millwood Township discussion is very useful, maybe one on Wills/Oxford Townships will be as well. Any news, observations, or information to share from these areas? A quick search of the ODNR County Engineer's website shows 13 horizontal wells in these two townships were permitted in the last 12 months, so lots of activity around here. Anyone know if Fineran is still on hold by ODOT?  Wonder what will happen if this stays in limbo.

 

I have noticed trucks seem to have slowed down a little by my place. A few months ago most looked like they were careening out of control as they tried to take the turns. Maybe the county is clamping down. Anyone else notice a change for the better?

 

Anyone heard plans in our area to slow down development or production because of the drop in oil and natural gas prices?

Thank you for the update.  I am in Millwood township and was part of the Yost well before they started working on the Purple Hayes.  Any information on the status/progress is greatly appreciated.

It looks like PDC is trying to get the Neff unit drilled by September.  The unitization hearing is on March 12th.

Fineran was the subject of a unitization hearing.  ODOT was one unleased.  I don't find any Chief's Orders.  Does anyone know what's happening - did the settle with ODOT?

   I have land on the north side of I-70 and the Fineran  unit was going to share with AEPU, but now I seen that AEPU has sold to Eclipse on the north side of I-70 .My question has the inter state  been force pooled in yet, they have about 36 acres . I did notice that the Fineran  drilling unit has pulled out last week .

I see a few units on ODNR map in Oxford that I haven't heard anything about. Borton? Wheeler? Weekender? Any news on these?

Going pass the Cole pad on I-70 about 3 miles from Rt 513 going west I see about 17 large water tanks for fracking .let me add to this I lost my dog on the 16 on Bridgewater  about 1.5 miles east on here his name is Spencer I have adds on the radio and paper , he has tags  with name and phone #, boxer mix .If any one see him please give a call ,and if you see him call out and say red truck ride ,if he lifts his ears it's him .He could be trying to get back home to Old  Washington  ./Phone # 489 5968  Thanks

PDC has rig up drilling on Salem road, appears to be Neff unit. Anyone know why PDC drills directly North as opposed to NW/SE as other companies do?
