You need to contact Jeff Rokisky immediately to sign on to a landowner's group lease at $4500 per acre!
He is an attorney located on Main Street in Weirton.
Deadline is tomorrow April 25th to sign deal!
Good Luck!

How long is it going to take to get the bonus money? Also do you know of any companies in the area right now? I live about 3 hours away and I work from 7am to 8pm 6 days a week and won't have time to call Jeff. I was reading on here and saw CHK and Chevron, do you know what they are paying?

The latest information that I have is Chesapeake is the major lessor in Hancock County.
Unfortunately, I have now heard that Chevron has decided not to lease in Hancock. There are also some other smaller O & G companies that are interested in leasing.
Are you sure that your family owns the minerals and that the minerals are not under current lease?

Yes I now own the minerals as well. I hired an abstractor to check in to it for me and it passed she said. Do you happen to have a contact for a Chesapeake landman? how much are they paying?
Permalink Reply by Todd Smith on April 24, 2012 at 11:34pm You really ought to call the Rokisky Law Firm so that you can get $4500 per acre and 17.5% gross royalty tomorrow.
You might want to call in sick... or do whatever you gotta do to get in touch!
Permalink Reply by Todd Smith on April 24, 2012 at 11:35pm About how many acres are we talking here?
Permalink Reply by Chris Smith on April 24, 2012 at 11:37pm It is around 60 acres. I may try to call him tomorrow.
Permalink Reply by Todd Smith on April 24, 2012 at 11:40pm That would be wise... although, you should be able to negotiate a good deal with that amount of acreage on your own.
Atty Joe Ludovici has a landowner group as well. His office is in East Liverpool, Ohio.
Other than that, you can call Kenyon Energy out of Boardman, Ohio to talk to a landman.
Good Luck!

AboutWhat makes this site so great? Well, I think it's the fact that, quite frankly, we all have a lot at stake in this thing they call shale. But beyond that, this site is made up of individuals who have worked hard for that little yard we call home. Or, that farm on which blood, sweat and tears have fallen. [ Read More ] |
