Mostly all HBP and border of the oil play they can wait to drill there

yes there is a bunch of producing shallow wells.........but also half of tappan lake is in the twp which is not leased yet but should be by the end of the year.........

and yes the NW part of the twp is across the oil line.........but most of the twp should see activity especially if the lake gets leased.

I was just contacted by a representative of American Energy Partners (AEP). They want to place a pad on our property. Our property is on Adams Road in Franklin Township near Deersville. That's all I know now. We are working on setting up a meeting with their representative (Steve Lamp).

Where on Adams if you do not mind sharing, we own property in that area

It is about 1000 ft south of Moravian Trail Rd.

interesting location........... NW laterals would fall into MWCD.........I wonder if AEP is looking to lease the lake.

also, SE laterals would have to be 11,000 feet long to reach the AEP units Jones and/or RH BSAN......while not unheard of, that is a long lateral and I don't think AEP is currently drilling anything that long yet...........but there will be long lateral needs to drill the lake property.

Booger I recently talked to CHK about some property in Stock Twp on Tappan . They said it was in a unit of theirs. The Unit is the David Weaver South unit on Buxton rd . These wells will have to go across Tappan to reach me . If they are being honest then at least some of the MWCD land is going to them .

AEP just applied for 6 permits on Triplett land off barber hill rd just south of morivian trail............just up the road for coyco..............looks like they fit these in without hitting MWCD lands.
