Comment by Dan on July 12, 2012 at 9:08am That is nothing having to do with oil and gas. The county and state are removing that bridge since it is under height requirments. They are reworking it so it will just be an at-grade intersection when completed. It looks like they are upgrading some culverts and drainage issues while they are at it.
