$3100 from Endeavor
Folks, the competition is just starting, continue the efforts of working side by side with your neighbors, as the data and logs become available the market will be determined. Momentum from the NAPE has propelled us to the forefront of several companies. Education will always be the key to making a sound decison...when to lease, what to lease, with whom to lease, why lease, how to lease and once leased, then what?....basic questions that need to be considered prior to the signing of a lease document. Do not get caught up in the dollars per acre game, focus on lease language and long term results. What about pipeline ROW, what about water usage and protections, what about formation specific leases, what about existing HBP, what about severence,ad valorm, cauv and other tax implications, what about pad locations, surface owners vs. mineral owners, what about reasonable consent...is there a hurry? A wise man told me this ''when everyone else is running,it maybe time to slow down''
