I think they operate out of Millersburg; they may have an interest in my land.  Thanks.Continue

Devon 6 Replies

I heard Devon is clearing a pad site NE of millersburg. A local excavating company here in Licking County is Devon's liaison for pad construction.

welcome Ron.  We are working with JRM and have been holding meetings for several months, time is on our side as the play gets proven up and infrastructure gets built.

whats the latest in Holmes county?  Hearing the oil looks good from older core samples, It is there, there but more difficult to get out.  The eastern part may be liquids, seems that  the Walnut Creek region east into Dover township have been getting the bulk of attention.  This seems to be the next play.

Holmes county going to bid?  Sounds like interest is rising and the potential looks good. Units are formed by the landowner groups, they look tight and appealing.

We need to get feedback from the individuals out there that have been approached.  Questions as to the current market, lease language, royalties offered, gross or net, value on bonus consideration and the companies making moves.
