Eiselstien, The only one person I see that is fizzling out is you, Trumbull ALOV has 96,000 acres and is strong, not breaking apart like yourself. And the highest prices per acre in Mahoning county to my knowledge was the last ALOV group at 5800 and 20 %, not to mention the best lease knowN in eastern ohio.( How we researched and responded), what a joke!! ALOV HAD EVERY THING TO DO WITH THE PRICE PER ACRE IN MAHONING COUNTY. Go talk to your boys over at Hilcorp.

So what is the geology and what production or Utica wells are near or are starting there?  My kin are from Pomeroy so I have an interest there?

Thanks for the info ,we are tracking all the geology and well production of every well , it seems as if every day something changes somewhere that affects things in the whole wave of motion

For example, Trumbull county ALOV grouped 80,000 acres and yet has no offers, their landgroup is breaking apart.

Be careful in your approach in Meigs county.  Here in Mahoning county, we are the highest priced per acre because how we as landowners researched and responded.  First know the geology of what lies underneath you and approach your groups accordingly.  For instance track the Utica wells closest to your county and look at the production reports if any.
