Anyone know the results?

The property sold without rights for various amounts per acre, I don't remember the exact amounts for each lot but most of them sold for around $2000+ per acre. The house and 3 acres sold for around $35,000. The only lot they sold the rights to was this lot, they sold for an extra $1000 on top of the surface rights. I think only 1 or 2 of the other lots received a bid on the gas/oil rights, I think the one was $500 an acre and I think 1 other received a bid for $200-300 acre. They didn't accept either of them when I had left, but the owners were there if someone wanted to work out a deal or the gas/oil rights. I thought the people who bought the surface rights were idiots for not buying the gas/oil rights, some of the gas/oil rights didn't even get a $100 per acre bid????? I was at this auction just seeing how prices were, had no interest in buying any of it, but you could have bought different parcels with gas and oil rights included for less then $3000 per acre.
