Crude Oil to drop to $20/Barrel ??   Good article in today's Sharon Herald (page 7). Some experts predict Crude could drop to $20 a barrel due to the fact US production and imports are storing a million barrels a day more than we can consume. US supplies are at their highest point in at least 80 years. Storage tanks are filling up fast.

I don't think this good for Mercer county drilling if their predictions are true. We could see drilling come to an abrupt halt.

Don't be surprised if Hilcorp allows the leases to expire only to come back at a later date and quietly re-lease areas that they are still interested in drilling at a lower bonus/percent. Rumor has it that Chevron and Hilcorp are working together which means they will only need to fill in leases they need.

Chances of being resigned are growing slimmmer by the day! The Saudis are deliberately destroying the shale gas/oil business in this country.

I heard the Anderson site is on hold till at least 2018 so looks like what you see is what we have for a few years.

Anybody care to speculate about the chance of being resigned in Mercer County by Hilcorp if the 5 yr. lease agreement expires, and you are not held by production.

I'm glad you fellows are keeping the fire burning in here, cause I got nothing except Swepi just applied to re-up the permit for the Mills pad.  That's the one at the SE corner of Rts 19 and 358 (right behind my plant).

WTF- small sigh of relief on the McGhee wells.

Did any of you take a look at the latest DEP reports? I guess I was expecting to see the James well reported but it wasn't. I know that royalties have been paid out so I was surprised when nothing was reported.
