Sam, you win some, you lose some, Floyd Wilon got lucky once before selling another gas/oil company for big profits, he isn't as smart as he wants shareholders and landowners to think, I personally think he had no clue what he was doing and spent 100s of millions of dollars foolishly because he was greedy and didn't want other gas/oil companies to get land leased before he could. It's easy to spend someone else's money and throw it away like he did, I hope he never starts another company and screws so many people again. I still never understood the last big money he spent leasing all the property around the Alam well spending millions more and then walking away, unfortunately I wasn't able to get any of that free money, they leased everything right up to my property. Oh well, like I said, you win some, you lose some.

JR- I've never seen it take this long to compete a deed recording. Looks like it involves every Mercer County Hilcorp lease.

Sam - I had a similar situation like yours years ago. I made the gamble and it paid off big, but then again it wasn't Halcon. They'll be bankrupt in the coming months.

Just to make some of you folks feel better, I still have my 1500 shares of Halcon whech I purchased in 2012   for $7.42 per share because I knew Floyd Wilson was a genius. Halcon closed today at $0.53 / share! That's what I said, it closed at 53 cents per share. Maybe I should blow another $11,000 dollars and really get greedy. Instead of just 1500 shares, I could buy about 20,000 shares. Do I have the guts to do that? I don't think so!

I see there's a Hilcorp to Hilcorp transaction recorded today along with a 122 page Pennant Gathering LLC to Hilcorp recording.

JR- keep us posted with what you find.

It's an addendum to an operating agreement between Chevron and Hilcorp regarding the Zigo well(s) unit.  I'm having trouble finding the original agreement.  Will keep looking.

Bob, Bill, John...I'll keep checking the Hillcorp to Chevron instrument.  It's still incomplete as of this morning.  It's probably just an assignment of leases given the large number of pages, but who knows.  We can see the glow of the flare from the Hosack well at night from our house at Latonka.

Chevron well on Hossack road in Jackson Twp., Mercer County. They have been flaring that well for about a week now. Good to see Chevron completing that well as they drilled it about a year ago.

The rig moved to the Wengerd pad.  is it still there?
