Permalink Reply by DrillBABY on July 2, 2012 at 10:20am I count roughly 25, 500 bbl frac tanks or 12,500 bbls of freshwater capacity. Assuming they use all the water this would be a normal to good size hydraulic frac job to put on a vertical shale well. Looks like Universal Well Services equipment.

Why does this well not show up on the ODNR Hoizontal Utica-Point Pleasant Well Map ??
It is only a vertical at this point, I believe. PDC put it in as a test well. They recently ramped up leasing in the area, so they must have liked what they found.

The fracking took a little over 2hrs and being raised around running equipment has paid off because I slept right through it that morning. PDC has been wonderful about dealing with everything.
