Permalink Reply by Teri on March 25, 2013 at 10:26pm We didn't sign our lease for a Kings Randsome either Gary .. but see how far we've come! With their well pad and the relandscaping (as I like to think of it) of our pasture field, we now have a level spot to build a new Equipment Shed that we've been needing. TY PDC for the gravel drive in front of the new shed!! ha ha .. Funny how things work out right? I hope it takes them 3 years to get back there too, if it's in your best interest. As far as our Tax Accountant, ha ha, she's the only one I trust to do our taxes because they are Agriculturalists also and have had a productive orchard for many years. She keeps up with all the in's ans out's of the tax laws so I don't have to break out my Accounting Degree and actually use it anymore than is necessary. Maple syrup YUM!! Congrats on this being a better year for it than last year!!!!

Permalink Reply by Teri on March 25, 2013 at 9:39pm No problem. They have been out here swabbing the well for the past 3 days.... it's kept all it's pressure.
Permalink Reply by C G HAMILTON on March 25, 2013 at 9:59pm wonderful! I hope it turns out to be a boomer!
Permalink Reply by Teri on March 25, 2013 at 10:32pm Thanks! The neighbors have had their water tested and no problems there, Thank the Creator. I kind of wish they could have flared the well so I could see what the flame color was, but there were too many houses close by. If it's anything like the "puffs" we smelled while they were still in the drilling process ..... oh goodness!
Permalink Reply by Teri on April 4, 2013 at 6:46pm Well, we meet with the guys on Wednesday to see how many wells they can fit on this pad. Should be interesting!!!
