Columbia Pipeline Leach Xpress easement right of way

I have a meeting scheduled with Land Agent tomorrow. Google search returned that they are offering 5.74 per lineal foot re: this site, but search of exact terms on this site do not return any results. Either crappy search engine or site management is suppressing user posts. I hope it is a crappy search engine.

The second round of ROW offers started going out on Friday or Saturday. I have not received one yet. Initial offer was $32/ft, expressed in acres unit of measure. Anyone willing to share info on current offer?
