I don't know if this is the same company but the name is the same. I show an office is Wintersville OH. They are signing leases in Belmont County - Smith Township. Do you have any information on them or know if this is the same company?

They are the same - I saw the name of Roland Lazzaro on the lease notice at the Belmont County Court House

Im looking for someone that has gotten paid, they have only been in business for 10 months and have an office also in Caldwell.  The Smith twps leases have just been recorded, so there is 4 months to wait on money showing up.

I believe their ability to pay will be determined by if they can flip your lease.  I can't find any evidence they are drillers.  I also can't find any evidence that they have done this until just very recently so they have no past history to compare to.  Just my opinion.

He appears to be an investor/flipper.  I would like to know how many of his deals fell through.  I'm also wandering why he changed the name of his company that was set up in Ohio.  This looks like the same guy from the Pittsburgh area:
