This forum is confusing. The other Noble thread is different. You can respond to individual people and the thread moves in a different direction! It took me a few minutes to see that this one goes the other way!

James d.oconnell (on p. 2) mentioned an open signing with Eclipse but doesn't mention a time. I believe this may be the signing with KWGD. It's confined to only some of the Noble townships though. TP lists them in another post. Enoch isn't one of them. But if anyone here is in Enoch township, please contact me via messaging.

Well I just had a representative from Jim Bourbeau Land Services out of Westerville, Ohio who represents Anadarko stop by here and increase their offer.  They are now offering $2,500 an acre and 15%, told him we would think about it but I think they can do a lot better in light of recent developments in Guernsey County, told him I wasn't in any hurry and was checking all our options.

TP, there's no hurry, just wondering if after all the signings are done if you come back and let us know all the particulars, I'm in noble township and there are some of us here who are curious as to what's going on and what's being offered.

The KWGD Noble county group will be having our lease signing tomorrow between 9am and 1pm.  They will consider taking walk-ins into our group if your acreage is located in Beaver, Seneca, Wayne, Marion, Buffalo and Center Twps. Walk-in signings will be Oct. 29th between 3pm and 6pm. It is a good lease and it may be in your best interest to consider.

James, Eclipse is currently drilling at Windy Ridge and 285. They plan to drill 3 other locations....Blakney (566 & 574), Law Farm (Rt 147) and out by Robin Ridge.

yes finnbear i was not trying to encourage anyone to sign just putting the info out there i travel quite a bit so i have a hard time staying up with whats going on exept thru this site,  was actually just trying to put the #'s out there since this was the highest i had heard of in this area. i was actually trying to find out if anyone had any info about other companies drilling in this area any time soon the only 2 permitted in noble are eclipse and anadarko as far as i can tell  so i was just checking because signing with a company thats drilling in this area vs someone who might not be for years seemed like a positve,  if the terms are right of course
