Check out http://twintlc.com/default.aspx They have a big coalition going with a big Lease Sale coming up in Oct and you may still be able to get into it. I know they have owners in Potter. But you can not wait....time is running out to get in. I am in Tioga County and am in the coalition. They are a good group of people and it costs you nothing.....

I heard this didn't go anywhere at this time. They had some interest but no real offers.

So whats next for Potter county... I do here that the leases are at least approaching 3K per acre bonus now woth 20%.

Hi Mr. Blumenstock,

You are correct, the TTLC did not receive any bids. It is not unusual for that to happen in a coalition sale and sometimes takes up to a year to finally get a great offer. However, the TTLC is not finished. They continue to work on getting a great lease done for the members. There is no obligation to be a member if you have any interest.
