Heard this a week back, but the recording just hit............

JKLM purchased approx 11,500 net mineral acres, which has a perpetual 1/8th royalty attached to it.  There was also a surrender of lease filed as well.

Also, JKLM received approx 488 net mineral acres of leases.

Bottom-line, JKLM continues to accumulate acreage in Potter County.

Jack, you often impart details in such a way as to make them seem ALWAYS believable when it's entirely possible your holdings in 20 some counties have been accumulated by making very promising areas seem nearly useless to the owners.  Doesn't that falsely create a "buyers market" to the detriment of rights holders seeking square deals?

That strategy plus your OGM law experience puts you in the catbird seat by buying low @ landowners expense and selling high (@ a profit for sure).  Move over T. Boone!  Jack may be coming up on your backside!

Put out just enough facts and lace them with "on-high" opinions and you'll continue to do well.  Can you say the same for those whose OGM's you purchase?

It takes a lot of nerve for someone with your limited experience and knowledge to make a slanderous claim like that. We bought almost all of our oil and gas rights 20 or more years ago when there was no deep gas drilling activity in any of these counties, no gomarcellusshale website, no 4 Counties Group and nobody else buying. And in recent years (since you tried to get involved in the business) we have acquired very little additional property. So your claim is complete and utter garbage. As are most of the things you've said on this forum. You need to find a new hobby.

They wouldn't have made plenty of money drilling the Marcellus in Tioga co.There dept would have kept growing.

Exactly. KKR bought a third of East for ~$350 million. Essentially, this money was used for exploration.

East owed that much and more just for operating expense's.drilling,payrole,leaseing,permits.Pagula was knocking on peoples doors begging them to buy it before he was foreclosed on. There is several people on this web sight that weren't payed for there lease.
