I behoove you to.. Learn from all of the other shale plays and areas where drilling is happening today..  if someone shows up and says.. I want to represent you..  the first thought should be.. "What does he or she get??"...(lawyer/broker) But.. I know what's going on... (Landowner).. Really.. then why aren't you drilling...? (L/B). Cause I don't have the money and I wish to make money on  your resource!....(LOwner)... But shouldn't I make all the money?..  (L/B).  YOU don't know what's going on!!!   And at that point.. all landowners should run..  because no matter how much time some lawyer or broker has been in the court house.. or should I say the underlings they hire for 20$ an hr and charge you 160$ an hr..  they still have no clue how any Shale project is drilled.. let alone what it costs or how its going to happen.. 

 

NOW.. the Brokers or New Oil and Gas Experts....  Damn.. they make me laugh even harder...  are going to have a meeting..  sounds good.. lets get together as a group..  Think about this.. if it takes 640 to 1280 acres to make a block.. and your 5-50-100-500 acres is not close to a chance to make a block.. due to local well drillers who have a well on  you.. (Held By Production-HBP)... or an old Lease.. oh!!! that can be broken.. yeah right!..   or again.. your parcel lays all by itself.. YOU MAY NOT GET DRILLED... The idea is to tie into a company... who plans on operating a good drill program, creates a lease or mineral buy in that gets you, the land owner, monies up front.. based on your ownership.. and an income stream for the future..  Not every area works though.. and has to be proven up..  this requires lots of capitol..   but in this discussion group..  I will be your guide..  feel free to friend me first and then more contact will follow.. 

 

one point of discussion..  I have read agreements between lawyers where the landowner signs an agreement stating.. (lawyer group).. Dewey, Cheatem & Howe  Attorneys at Law...get landowners to pledge up to 33% of their upfront bonuses and royalties for representation...???  really..  ??  The biggest lie is that they will get your free and clear of all leases and wells on your land..  Well.. we as the Oil and Gas company do that.. and we don't take title searches from anyone but ourselves.. and it costs you nothing.. !!!!!!

sooo if I have 2 acres and you have 1000 acres.   how is that equal representation??  the fee to review a lease or PSA should be about 100$  after that take a hike..  Now.. reputable company representation is the key here..  it takes  all parties to work together to make these projects work..   the end result is phenomenal..  for a short time anyways..  don't make the Yacht payment longer than 3 yrs..lol

AREN'T you the Mic Maag that worked fro the now bankrupt Wishgard!  

Hal.. there are many companies who have utilized my expertise..  In the case of Washington county, I have a partner that took down 7000 acres in a very specific area. I personally started that operation.. then Wishgard assisted. Everyone got paid.... 

Most important aspect of that asset is .... everyone is drilling close by and when the infrastructure meets the area.. the Land owners that we blocked together will reap major benefits.. They actually have a lease that no one allows anymore... Lucky for them...

BTW.. Isnt Wishgard the company that provided Gulf Port..  the best Utica Driller presently,  with 86000 acres in Belmont, Harrison, Guernsey and NOble.. ..  ? With a part of over 86k ac  how can anyone be bankrupt?   lol
