Going toward Wellsboro - past the fair grounds - there is a steep hill that hits small crossroads at bottom and Charleston Rd jogs left a bit - to the left on the hill as you go down will be Wilson which is a 2nd Wilson site - the first Wilson is closer to the fair grounds on the other side I think? On DEP there is a permit for that site and it was shown at the Shell meeting this week. Hope that helps.
