Buckeye minerals cut will be close to 8000000,For that kind of money I'm sure buckeye got the best deal for all.I only wonder is, why lower than other counties. They say they are going after oil which is 50 times more valuable.Maybe the royalties will make the difference,only they know what's down there.

 Was Buckeye MInerals hired by the ALOV Trumbull Group to do the O&G negotiations?

Actually, according to the pages that were issued with lease (not in the lease itself), there is a clause in there that has BP paying ALOV $150,000...

Utica,we were told the group leaders that are representing us takes 2.75 percent of leasing payment,or if you prefer,signing bonus.The 150000.00 might be a payment to help offset the cost of putting all of trumbull co deed records in digital form,that was to cost 250000.00.
