William, where is your land located (township)?  Is there currently a lease on property?  Do you receive royalties from a producing well?

In carrol county what formation are they horizontally  drilling in utica only  Rhinestreet, huron, marecellus, and genesee.

how did the committment letter go down?  When did Alov ask for to sign a committment letter?   How long was the committement letter in effect?   Could you join the alov right up to the deal being down?
