Folks, I think the value of Tyler County O&G just took a gigantic leap. O&G companies are concentrating their efforts on obtaining gas leases in formations that produce both natural gas and natural gas liquids(NGL's). An april Antero report indicates that we are likely setting on two liquids rich shale formations - the Marcellus and Upper Devonian Shales.
