I attended. Started late. Huge turnout(free food). Toby Rice put on a slide show.  One slide showed the 35 addendum items they grant in their leases. Kind of frustrated me, because it took me 18 months of research to create my 52 addendum list, and they were throwing 35 of them right out there NOW, but not when we negotiated with them 2 years ago.  Pushed Safety & "Quality of Wells, over Quantity of Wells" drilled.  Rice has the top 4 producing wells in Wash County.  Then they pushed the infrastructure, as they have just purchased the M3 gathering pipeline grid.  This allows them immediate access to sell all production as soon as it is tapped.  No waiting for a distro pipeline to be built.  They are still the Elephant in the room, as they have moved in, and are not native to the area( none of the Gas Companies are).  But they are making great strides.  They are methodically settling in, and concentrating their efforts on Washington, and Greene Counties.  They have worked closely within the Communities in which they are drilling.  They did a great job in Amwell township, and now are growing out from there.  I see them as a "Win-Win-Win" for the landowner, the company, and the community.  They are leasing: 5yr with 3 yr ext option. Bonus based on size of land, and 18% gross Royalty - no deductions!

They cannot drill soon enough!

They got a write up in section b of the Wash, Pa Observer Reporter on Saturday.
