We own 99 acres in Gilmore County. We already checked and we own the coal and CBN. There are 2 wells for the gas and they are taking it from the shale. If we own the coal why should they be allowed to frack in the shale. The sale agreement which took place in 1963 excluded gas and oil. Does anybody have a similar problem or have any answers
