Anybody now if there companies interested in leasing mineral rights in wood county WV? If so what kind of monies and royalties are they offering land owners?

Cabot and Wishgard are asking , I know of two people who were offered $25 acre by Cabot. Wishgard is better at $600 acre and %15 royalty .This is in the Rockport area in the last week.
