My family(and now some friends) have land mostly in these three townships. I want to help, however I can, with getting a land unit( a group of continuous acres) together to present to the companies that are working in their area on all corners of their land. I am interested in getting the amount of land that Gas companies need to have a complete unit, in order to actually get a well. (God willing). I have helped about 8 families at this point already, with various issues, old leases, pulling title, with their leases(and NO not just for one company), filing stuff at the court house, I have tracked down heirs of people that have passed away in the early 1900's and told them basically, I am here with your publishers clearing house check haha. The point is I really want to help UNIFY our various areas, as best we can..so that its not about one company leasing something in the middle of what could be a unit but they just leased it, so they could flip it..which can hold up everything... I am willing to all of the work except EVER take the position that a lawyer is not needed to review everything we have put together and reviewing our leases offers, to help us get the best deal. I have my real estate license, all of the Greene county deeds going back to 1796, there is a lot of money and time we can save but having that information available. I am NOT a landman!!!! I have thoroughly studied the goings on in this area for 2 years now. After speaking with many people that now have 20/20 hindsight, I think the biggest factor is to have enough land together that a company would and could drill it sooner rather than later. If any one is interested in getting together on the work in these areas please contact me and lets try to get the best deal we can, but most importantly try and get that well or if that cant happened a lease that you can really 'END" when the primary term expires. Let me know people, I am here to help!
