Has anyone heard from Des since his last posting in October ? It seems there has been quite a few major news and tv stories in the last week  and Im curious as to his most recent opinion or info on same. Just asking for a little pep talk I guess.

Eclipse Resources I LP received a permit for the Miley 5H vertical well in
Seneca Township in Noble County. The Miley 5H Utica Shale well is the first
permitted well in Noble County and both Paris and Seneca Townships saw the first
drilling permits.


Our current focus is the Marcellus and Utica Shale plays in the Appalachian
Basin. We are currently seeking investment opportunities in our core areas and
strive to form partnerships with leaseholders, mineral owners, other operators
and partners that build value through mutually beneficial scenarios.




PDC Energy is paying $50 million for 30,000 net acres located mostly in Noble,
Monroe, Washington, Morgan and Guernsey counties. The company said that 75% of
the acreage is held by production from shallower wells.

Well i'm going to sit back and wait, my neighbor was offered 2000.00 three months ago and signed, this is my first offer and it was already up to 3250.00. the rep from Anadarko told me they would be offering low for now. I think its at everyone's best interest to wait.

Jeff, I'm just wondering how reliable this information is, I'm in noble township also and just this past Thursday a representative from Anadarko offered me $2,500/15%.

I was just contacted by amarado oil and offered 3250.00/acre in Noble township. I was also contacted by an independent landman from Anadarke that actually told me to hold off because shell was coming into the area offering 5000/acre and 20% royalties

This forum is confusing. The other Noble thread is different. You can respond to individual people and the thread moves in a different direction! It took me a few minutes to see that this one goes the other way!

James d.oconnell (on p. 2) mentioned an open signing with Eclipse but doesn't mention a time. I believe this may be the signing with KWGD. It's confined to only some of the Noble townships though. TP lists them in another post. Enoch isn't one of them. But if anyone here is in Enoch township, please contact me via messaging.
