"Larry, Lycoming County, PA rig count shows only 11 currently drilling as of 21-Jan-2011, per Baker Hughes Rig Count. I think the number 85 must be for something other than drilling rigs in Lycoming County.     "

Larry,  thank you for your help.  I don't know anything about this drilling stuff because I don't own alot of property.  There is a company (CNYOG) that is going to be laying pipes and to get to the state game lands 13 behind us they will be coming through our housing develpment.  We have all dirt roads here and plan on having a real mess on our hands here.  Are the companies liable for our private roads?  I appreciate your help with this.  Sandy
