royalty prices being paid

Anyone have input on prices being paid for royalties?    We thought average prices posted on the NYMEX would translate to the prices being paid for ng in our units.    To date, it seems that the prices posted on our statements are far less.    For example, average prices in February posted on NYMEX were approximately $3.35 yet our statement shows the price at $3.05.   See More

Price at Wellhead

What's the price for ng on royalties from Tioga County?    Earlier in the year, the prices seen on our royalty checks were fairly equitable from the previous 60 days reported futures price on NYMEX.    Now, with prices having rebounded above $3 and hovering near $3.50, should we all expect to see a similar price being paid on royalties from gas coming out of the ground in September and October.See More
