"Cortland/Summerhill/Moravia/Groton.....A farmer on Lake Cumo is trying to organize a landowners group in this area. He will put an ad in the pennysaver to have a meeting sometime in March at the Summerhill Town Hall on Rt. 90."

Someone is trying to put together a landowners group in these areas. I saw an ad in the pennysaver and called him. He is going to set up a meeting sometime in March at the Summerhill, NY town hall.

"Most bonuses are for the entire lease period. It is an upfront onetime payment. The royalties however are month to month depending on the output of the well."

"Regarding the bonus payments are people talking about per year or is the bonus for the entire lease period? I.e. 10 yr lease at $3000/acre. Does that mean $30,000 per acre total over 10 years?"
