For a refresher...the property is surrounded by leases with either RR or XTO.  There is some pooling of property owners with RR but I contacted the number of that former land man and the number is no longer working.  The property is in Picture Rocks, Lycoming COunty, Wolf Twnship.  JC

Hey Mike, I know you left me a comment in December. I have been in Japan for the past three weeks and out of touch. I cannot find the comment now but it was something to do with you have some experience in leasing. What do you need from me to proceed in going after a gas lease on my 8.3 acres of very strategically located (close to existing gas lines) property. JC

Sorry bout that Keith, Mike, I had the new phone syndrome when I sent my info. My phone number is (740)630-1800 No wonder the crickettes were so loud lol! I am looking at 600 acres right now and will be getting them signed in a few days. I am looking to get her son started in Harrisburg Pa. 300 miles away. Its hot over there and just warming here.
