Hello Rick. I am part of a well unit in Sullivan Township. Josie and I have communicated a couple of times. Our statements also indicate wet gas and have for the past 2 years. I agree with you. From all that I have read Tioga County is supposedly all dry gas. You are the first person that I have heard mention it. Supposedly wet gas is to have a greater value than dry. Unfortunately I can’t say that our royalty payments reflect that fact. Good luck to you. Lenny.
