I currently own 115.40 acres of land in Athens township Pa that is not leased yet. Does anyone know of companies in my area I might try contacting. Thank you

Can anyone let me know if Fortuna Energy has stopped leasing land in Bradford County, Pa. I had a landman tell me they are on hold as far as leasing anymore land in Bradford County. If this is true does anyone know who I can contact in leasing my land for natural gas. I own 115.40 acres of land near Sayre, Pa Thank you.

If you are happy with whatever the gas companies offer you then great. If you think you can do better then contact me and I will be happy to represent it. I only charge if I get you more. I have a decent portfolio left in Bradford. Adding your property would only enhance what I already have. This is not a coalition type situation because those can often times be self defeating. What I represent is comfortable with our objective. So if I get it they sign, end of story. Anyways good luck again and I hope you can knock it out of the park in your first try!

- yes i can..chesapeake is the number one land lessor in this area.cabot and ultra are also in the surrounding areas.nomack does the drilling for chesapeake energy co.
