teri, the last time i talked to chesapeake was the end of april . they called to say they were going to stake out well pad . one hour before that call they told me they weren't doing anything till november. they did have survey crew stake pad and drive .they said to tell farmer not to plant this year. nothing since, 11 acre of 37acre field now all grown-up in weeds half of survey stakes have fell over . and,we still haven't signed well pad agreement. there offer of $15000 for 11acre pad is less than i paid for ground. and also the ODNR permit map shows aprox.unit sizeof 154 acres and with well on my property i have less than 2acres in unit
