May I ask, what would be the ideal length of a horizontal run in the Utica Shale found in Harrison County? Also, how many radial horizontal legs are typically drilled from a singular well pad? You being from Texas I am compelled to ask...
I have 150 Acres of land in Tunkhannock Twp. Chk. leased 50% of the Gas and Oil rights them from a previous owner (who had retained 50% them in 1955) will Chk. be looking to me for the other half, and is this leverage for me or a detriment?

We are so new to all of this, should one hold for a few more years?

"I am an independent Landman that relationships with operators large and small. These companies come to us to get leases for them. It's sometimes hard to find people with good honest work ethics hat care about the mineral owners also. PLUS......…"
