What is your position regarding this play, i.e. landowner, interested observer, industry participant, etc.? Have you been approached to lease? By who and at what amount, if you feel comfortable sharing?
I am not sure what about my profile or conversations prompted the invite, but if I can try to answer anything for you, please ask. I am not omnipotent and don't claim to know it all, but do think I have a treasure trove of information regarding this particular play. If I can help, just ask.

The old well that was drilled in the 70's never produced oil and they drilled 4,000 feet. It was a Benson, would that make a difference?. Is it possible to put both a Marcellus vertical well and a Devonian on 46 acres?
