"Bernie, Unfortunately they do not put the price per acre on the deed. They will put $10 and other valuable consideration. This is the same language found in leases. It seems to be common practice. My relatives were paid $5000/acre for 1/2 of their…"

"Relatives of mine were paid 5k/acre for minerals in Harrison county stock tonship. They were leased at 1/8 to cavalier (sold to chk). They were paid over $500,000.00 for 1/2 of their minerals. The money is real if you deal with the right company."
