Randall, Like you I live in one area and have leased land in another area. Also, like you I had problems with get liability insurance on my vacant land. I found an insurance company who would cover me. So I dropped the insurance co. I had for over 10 years and went with a new co. and found that the new co. offered me a better deal than the old one. If you would like the name and phone number of the co.I ended up going with, friend me. I live in Allegheny Co. and my leased property is in Butler Co. They are planning to put a pipe line on my property also in about 2 months.
