Thompson - Redling Well -Chesapeake 3115-20141

Does anyone have info on the results of the drilling in This well ? (8-26) The rig has been pulled after
sampling w/ a core I presume. Also any info on the state of negotiations w/ the Rail Trail for a new
pipe line. The Redling well is approximately 2,000 ft from the trail.

Cabot starts using pad drilling to reduce environmental impact

Cabot Oil and Gas has recently started using fit-for-purpose rigs. These have been optimized for pad drilling. New offer from Chesapeak

My farm is located in SE allegheny county, Elizabeth Twp. The original offer from them was 250 per and that was about three months ago. They are negotiable on the royality, they started at 12.5% Just today they offered 500 per and will still negitiate the royality rate. We must sign by 8-14 and that will not happen as they want me to discuss same with all the neighbors.
