lease held by production

i have 600 acre of minerial rights in northeastern wirt co. wv. with one shollow well drilled in 1954 with very little production is there any way to lease the deep rights of the marcellus from the current lease holder.

i am in same situation. from what i understand if you are receiving checks than you are more or less partners with company that is paying you royalties and the original lease agreement still applies. check the lease agreement to make sure. 99% of the leases signed that far back were for any and all minerals under the surface.
