Yeah, I think we should push for at least 17.5 royalties and at least $100 per year or $200 on a two year lease with some other land owners rights stipulations. We are close to a pipeline so we should be able to negotiate a little with that on our side too. I think if we stay reasonable and work it a little bit they will give in a little anyway. I would like to sign a lease with someone...there is no money in not signing.....so I probably will sign eventually, I just want to get the best deal I can...Blackhurst kind of led me to believe that you had already signed and that when I signed with him they would have enough land to make a unit for horizontal drilling, which is what I want to see happen.
I have 181 Acres...I am curious as to what they offered you...they offered me 15% a 2 year lease $50 an acre a year delay rental or $100 an acre how ever you look at it... does this sound like what they were telling you?
