good advice thank you also I could call the granddaughter that sold me the property and ask her if she kept the mineral rights.she was in such a big hurry to sell everything I doubt if she kept them but it is worth a try I bought 2 acres from her at $500 an acre that's how bad she wanted to sell lol
hi daryl I would like your opinion on something.if the deed states the mineral rights stay with the estate and the original owner has passed the estate has been sold nothing left does the mineral right go to the new owner ??
daryl do you think maybe the companys wanting to buy our minerl rights is the same company that leased us using a different company name so they don't have to pay any royalties and get it all??if you search these companies most of them haven't been is business very long sound kinda fishy to me
