I don't personally know anyone who has renewed yet. But come Dec./ Jan I will know what or if they are offering anything. CHK would be the most likely company since they have the vast majority of leases in my area.

Anyone had there lease renewed lately?..I had mine renewed in November.

lots of leases around bradys run  park coming due in next 6 months.  its going to be interesting!

Who are the leasing companies? I've been approached in the past by Mason Dixon but am not sure if they still handle this. I'm in Brighton and would like to get my lease completed. Thanks.

CHK is the only player I know in this area now!  Lots of leases around the park start coming due in march.  I have been making a few phone calls and nobody has been approached by CHK to renew.

Thanks, Mark. So if this means they (CHK and others) are not currently going after new and renewal leases, what do we do? Sit tight and wait sounds like the only option.

be patient...it will come eventually.  a lot of people in same boat.!

I would like to know why they haven't started up any of these wells into production?

mike, they just started the powell well and the Kerry well.  piplines in the works for maga, rolling acres and several others.  take a ride around Chippewa and south beaver.  lots of activity!

Thanks Mark, I'm on Old Blackhawk Rd where they have 2 wells now that have been fracked since September. Are Powell and Kerry new wells?

mike, I know which 2 wells you are talking about but I forget the names.  I think craig is in one of the units. maybe he will comment as he is much more up to date on them.  I do hear that the gathering lines are in the works for them but I don't know how far along!

Michael, I'm in the McDanel Unit.  Surely you have seen the trees are all cut down for the gathering line from Rolling Acres and Maga wells to the Thompson site on Lime Kiln road.

A friend on here has talked to some of the folks working on this line and they said that other wells in the area would be hooked up to this line as well..... it is supposed to be online in June according to them.

I noticed they just got a permit approved to drill another well on the McDanel pad.  The gathering lines/connects for the McDanel and CTG wells has hit a snafu in the permitting process.... they were issued a deficiency letter a couple weeks ago. So they will be behind some on that permit.

I suspect both of these wells will be online this summer or fall at the latest.....just my 2¢ worth
