Donna,

A Division Order should have nothing more than your parcel acreage, unit size and your lease royalty amount used to come up with you ownership decimal fraction.

If you have additional information attached, take it to a lawyer but don't sign it.

Chesapeake told us we didn't have to sign the Div Order.

let a lawyer look at it like Ron Hale says .....every time you are ask to sign oilfield related documents you must beware just by the wording your original lease could be changed  and you won't know it til the checks start coming in

Thanks

An ST code is usually a title issue.

Is this on your DO? Do you know of any title issues with your property?

Yes this is on DO s. And Ive been trying for almost 7 months to find out what this is all about. Now CHK&STATOIL sold our well ( which has been in production since 9/24/2013) to Rice. Rice told me last week they will do all their own title searches so I guess I will wait awhile and start asking Rice the same questions. After thought----wonder where the money that is put in trust for these ST acres? Does it stay at CHKs or turned over to Rice? Wouldn't it be nice if the old days were where a hand shake and promise were given in all true honesty?
