Leasing prices

Does anyone know the going rate for leases in Tioga County, Hamilton Township?  We have been approached again by Talisman land agents?

500/15% up to 1500/15% from Talisman. At this point Talisman only leases when they are filling in unit to produce / no blanket leasing. Get a lease and royalty rate your happy with and don't dwell on the bonus.
