There is no doubt according to the laws of Ohio, if any one of us ran a corporation in Ohio the way Chesapeake is doing now, as taught by Aubrey, the gov & atty gnl would have enforced the law and run us out of business by now.

But when partnered with a big money corporation, it's hard to enforce the laws and lose the inside deal money. Especially when using Ohio for a stepping stone to the Big House. That's right, the Big House and I don't mean the White House.

Haha get a load of that tie he's wearing

PALOMA is just a Flipper and will find another buyer ....they are holding sum prime area and somebody will end up with that has enough money to buy it ........how many wells has PALOMA  drilled in the utica .....another chess game and the mineral owners are just the pawns

The Forbes article stated that the acreage, ultimately, was sold to Gulfport.

Gulfport is a low rent/Section 8/copycat version of Chesapeake---if you can believe such a thing is possible.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Gulfport apparently still has a credit line the ne'er do wells running Gulfport can tap for further nonsensical deals. Dang, plenty of folks would like to see Gulfport drill the acreage they have already tied up.

EnCap is Darth Vader for the dark forces running shale today.

The whole shale industry is run by big money. Small players can't compete.
