Anyone hear from Seneca?

I spoke to a landman from Seneca about 3 weeks ago...he said they might be interested in leasing and he'd call back in a couple of weeks. I haven't heard back yet...has anyone heard from Seneca? Or any other companies besides East? The drilling will get more active again soon, and I'd like to get in on it, but at better terms than East is offering. I'm in Delmar Township, just west of Wellsboro.

My husband and I have 31 acres in Delmar Township over by Marsh Creek. We are in a lease with East, which expires in Nov. 2010. We have heard from one other company who offered $550 an acre for only half of the property. Can't find the letter so I don't have the name of the company right now. We also heard from Next Energy who would act as an agent in getting the best deal on any lease or drilling. Could you give me Senecas phone number and/or email address.

Heard from seneca today about chatham township property,they said its a little to far from state forrest at this time, but things are changing every day.They want land real close to st. forrest right now.He said they are real pleased with drilling results in covington.
